This new group will run their first outing on Friday 8th August 2025 to the historic and beautiful city of Winchester.
The group plans to meet once a month, on a Friday, to visit four to six pubs in a different city each time.
The pubs will be chosen by the group coordinators for their particular historic or interesting characteristics. Teresa and Colin will pre-walk and visit the planned pubs and already have ideas for walks in Oxford, Bath, Winchester and various districts in London.
The group will travel by public transport, normally by train and then walk in total an average of 5 miles between all the different pubs, with potentially a 20 to 30 minute walk between each venue.
They will be able to take a small group of 12 people on each walk.
